Report abusive chat content or data issues

TripOmeter's group chat, polls, and itinerary are built and shared by your group — if someone posts abusive, harassing, or illegal content, or if you spot a factual problem with our destination data (a wrong fee, an outdated opening time, a bad coordinate), please tell us. Include a link or screenshot where possible so we can act quickly.

Grievance Officer

In accordance with Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, TripOmeter has designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints about user-generated content (such as group chat) and data-protection concerns.
